NASBP is excited to return to face-to-face meetings this fall, and 2021 will be the inaugural year of the new format of two fall Meetings, the 2021 East Meeting and the 2021 West Meeting. These new meetings are open to all Members, Affiliates, and Associates regardless of their geographical location and are designed to step away from the old “Regional Meeting” format and facilitate larger NASBP events with more diverse networking.

After a year of all virtual content and networking, in-person networking and social events are much anticipated! Additionally, the fall meetings will provide valuable session content that tackles important current events affecting the surety industry and the way of doing business. Both meetings will feature sessions on the use of blockchain technology to address surety processes, an update on how NASBP is advocating for national infrastructure, and two “mini-sessions” on cybersecurity and construction material price escalation. Finally, the meetings will provide panel sessions of top surety executives addressing current industry trends—one focused on contract surety and the other on commercial surety.
