The 2023 American Arbitration Association® (AAA) Construction Conference: Effective Dispute Avoidance and Resolution Throughout the Project Lifecycle will be held on Thursday, June 8 in Santa Monica, CA.

NASBP is participating as a cooperating organization of the Conference. The 2023 AAA Construction Conference will focus on best practices for avoiding and managing disputes on complex construction projects from the planning stages through completion of the project.
