The recruitment efforts of NASBP members are incomparable and deserve recognition and reward. The NASBP Membership Committee has launched the Membership Recruitment Recognition Program (MRRP) to acknowledge members for their recruitment efforts. With this new program, recruiters will receive special recognition at NASBP Annual Meetings and will be recognized on the NASBP website and elsewhere as the program develops. Recruiters will be recognized and rewarded based on the number of members they recruit.

The MRRP efforts will begin immediately and a recognition ceremony is scheduled to occur during the 2021 NASBP Annual Meeting. The recruitment levels and their rewards are as follows.

Recruitment Levels

Recruiter Enthusiast: 1-3 New Members (Dues paying members. Does not include new dues cap participants)
Reward: Recognition at Annual Meeting, Recognition on the NASBP Website

Recruiter Expert: 4-6 New Members (Dues paying members. Does not include new dues cap participants)
Reward: Recognition at the Annual Meeting, Recognition on the NASBP Website, and a Bottle of Wine delivered to your room at the Annual Meeting.

Recruiter Extraordinaire: 6 or More New Members (Dues paying members. Does not include new dues cap participants)
Reward: Recognition at the Annual Meeting, Recognition on the NASBP Website, and a Bottle of Reserve Bourbon delivered to your room at the Annual Meeting.
Note: All recruiters will automatically enter the “Recruiter Enthusiast” level after securing their first recruit. (No recruiter will go unrecognized; however, each member must have at least one recruit.)

What’s needed to participate and have a chance of being recognized?

This is a program open to all NASBP members. The goal is to recruit as many producer members as possible.

Have a prospective member you would like to recommend? Please send his or her contact information to Dasha Harris, Assistant Director, Membership Services at dharris@nasbp.org. It’s that simple!
