NASBP is excited to announce a new 2021 Podcast Series focusing on guests and topics selected by the NASBP 5-15 Leadership Committee. This four-part series will be a quarterly installment of the popular NASBP Podcast, Let’s Get Surety: Let Me Hear Your Bonding Talk. The 5-15 Leadership Committee moniker refers to NASBP producer agents with five to 15 years of experience in the surety industry and serves as a resource to identify, cultivate, and provide opportunities to the future leaders of the Association.

This special series, “Lean Into Leadership: Talking Surety With the 5-15,” will focus on current issues and challenges that members of the 5-15 Leadership Committee face as young producers in the industry.

The first episode in the series will debut on March 23, 2021, and highlight the benefits of participating in the 5-15 Leadership Committee, with personal experiences and reflections from current Committee Chair Steven Tucker (pictured left) and former Committee Chair Corban Enns (pictured right). All NASBP Podcast episodes are a complimentary resource provided by the Association.
