NASBP was saddened to learn of the passing of NASBP activist Richard Guarini, 63, of Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services, Inc. of Jericho, NY. Rich passed away August 2 ,2017, while vacationing in Arizona. His career spanned 40-plus years underwriting commercial crime fidelity and construction contract surety at Continental Surety, Marsh, and then the Treiber Agency (now Arthur J. Gallagher). He was active in NASBP and the New York City Surety Association. A visitation and service were held earlier this month at the Massapequa Funeral Home, South Chapel, Massapequa Park, NY and the St Mary’s Church Amityville, NY.
