It’s more important than ever to talk about surety.
During this period of uncertainty, owners, lenders, architects, and contractors can be proactive and seize control over known and unknown risks on their projects by recommending or requiring performance and payment bonds that guarantee performance and transfer the risks of nonperformance to the surety company.
Let NASBP help you convey the value of the surety product to potential clients and stakeholders. NASBP’s newly updated Be Guaranteed to Succeed Producer Communications Toolkit (Toolkit 2.0) is designed to help you talk about surety by framing it in terms of successful outcomes for projects and personal reputations.
The NASBP Producer Communications Toolkit 2.0 includes:
♦ An elevator speech—a succinct, compelling way to pitch the value of surety
♦ Talking points specific to stakeholders—Owners, Lenders, Architects, and Contractors. For example, see the Kit’s talking points for contractors in the graphic below.
♦ New social media content with images and supporting text—or write your own text for the post. For example, see two of the Kit’s social media graphic images and supporting post text copy. You can easily download the images and text of these from the Toolkit 2.0 PDF.
♦ Best practices and guidance for posting social media messages
♦ Educational resources you can easily share with others. Share NASBP documents, articles, and videos to educate potential clients and other stakeholders. These can be found in the Toolkit 2.0 PDF Resource Chart.
