The recruitment efforts of NASBP members are incomparable and deserve recognition and reward. The NASBP Membership Committee has launched the Member Recruitment Recognition Program (MRRP) to acknowledge members for their recruitment efforts. With this new program, recruiters will receive special recognition at NASBP Annual Meetings and will be recognized on the NASBP website and elsewhere as the program develops. Recruiters will be recognized and rewarded based on the number of members they recruit.
All those awarded Recruiter Enthusiast, Recruiter Expert, or Recruiter Extraordinaire designation are honored at a recognition ceremony held during the NASBP Annual Meeting (beginning at the 2021 meeting). The recruitment levels and their rewards are as follows.
Recruitment Levels Recruiter Enthusiast: 1-3 New Members (Dues paying members. Does not include new dues cap participants)
Recruiter Enthusiast Reward: Recognition at Annual Meeting, Recognition on the NASBP Website
Recruiter Expert: 4-6 New Members (Dues paying members. Does not include new dues cap participants.)
Recruiter Expert Reward: Recognition at Annual Meeting, Recognition on the NASBP Website, and Bottle of Wine
Recruiter Extraordinaire: 7 or More New Members (Dues paying members. Does not include new dues cap participants)
Recruiter Extraordinaire Reward: Recognition at Annual Meeting, Recognition on the NASBP Website, and Bottle of Reserve Bourbon delivered to room at Annual Meeting.
Note: All recruiters will automatically enter the "Recruiter Enthusiast" level after securing their first recruit. (No recruiter will go unrecognized; however, each member must have at least one recruit.)
What’s needed to participate and have a chance of being recognized? This is a program open to all NASBP members. The goal is to recruit as many producer members as possible.
