Dear Colleague:

I am thrilled to invite you scenic Southern California to join the NASBP membership at the 2024 West Meeting at the Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, CA. For the fourth year, the format of two Fall Meetings, will replace the past Regional Meeting format of three meetings divided by NASBP regions. These "East" and "West" Meetings are held in easily accessible locations in the eastern and western half of the continental US. NASBP Members, Affiliates, and Associates are encouraged to attend either or both meetings regardless of location.

We believe this meeting structure expands networking opportunities through higher attendance, and reduces travel and other costs to the membership for attending these events.  

NASBP 2024 in person events have been very successful so far with record breaking attendance at the April Annual Meeting in Austin, TX. Staying true to my theme of “Backing Our Future”, we want to keep that momentum going into the fall with excellent locations, dynamic session content, and valuable networking opportunities. We can’t wait to see you there! 

Please register early for the meeting and reserve your hotel accommodations (see hotel information section below) while space is available.

NASBP GROUP Rate:  $309 single/double, plus applicable taxes - plus discounted $32 daily resort fee

Even though NASBP has a block of rooms available at the special NASBP group rate, these rooms could sell out before the hotel room cut-off date of Friday August 9, 2024.  Room reservations are held on a first-come, first-served basis and NASBP cannot guarantee an accommodation once the room block is sold out.  To avoid disappointment at not getting into the hotel, please secure your hotel room as soon as possible.  A one-night deposit is required when making the reservation.  This deposit will not be refunded if the reservation is canceled less than 72 hours prior to check-in.
