National Association of Surety Bond Producers


NASBP is the association of and resource for surety bond producers. NASBP members are professionals who specialize in providing surety bonds for construction and other commercial purposes to companies and individuals needing the assurance offered by surety bonds. NASBP members have broad knowledge of the surety marketplace and the business strategies and underwriting differences among surety companies. 	State of Nevada Does Not Appeal Ninth Circuit Ruling Striking Down Countersignature Law The State of Nevada decided not to appeal the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit decision in Council of Insurance Agents and Brokers and Rebecca Restrepo v. 	General Counsel's Corner: AIA and EJCDC Issue Interim Revisions to Payment Bond Forms to Help Ameliorate Industry Concerns NASBP approached both AIA and EJCDC to request their consideration for the issuance of a "stopgap" measure until such time as each organization commences and concludes a full revision process for their respective performance and payment bond forms.
